What we do

AI where it helps your business

We add AI to new or existing systems where it saves your team time, like reading documents or checking paperwork, and our people verify what it does.

AI earns its place where it removes work someone is doing by hand and where a wrong answer can be caught. Reading documents and pulling out the fields that matter. Checking one set of paperwork against another. Drafting the first version of something a person then approves.

It does not earn its place where nobody can tell whether the output is right, and we will say so rather than sell it to you. Everything we build with AI has a person checking it before it counts, and we will show you where that check sits.

Where it tends to pay off

  • Reading and extracting from documents
  • Checking one set of paperwork against another
  • Drafting that a person then approves
  • Taking repetitive work off your team
  • Added to the systems you already run
  • A person checking the output before it counts
  • A straight answer on where AI will not help
  • Built and verified by our own team

How this works

  1. We find the work worth taking off people

Usually it is the repetitive, high-volume task nobody enjoys and everybody checks twice. That is where the time is, and it is also where a mistake is easiest to catch.

  2. We build it into the system your team already uses

Not a separate tool your team has to remember to open. It belongs in the place the work already happens.

  3. A person checks it before it counts

That check is designed in from the beginning, not bolted on once something goes wrong.

Where we have done this

Questions people ask

Only where a person verifies it. AI-generated output often looks right in a demo and then misses business logic, edge cases and real load once it is in front of customers. That is precisely why we build the human check in rather than talk about accuracy percentages.

Usually yes, and that is often the cheaper route. We would look at what you are running before promising it, because the answer depends on how the existing system is put together.

Then we will tell you, and we would rather tell you at the start than bill you to find out. Plenty of the work we do has no AI in it at all.
