- ScopeOne platform, nine workflow areas
- Who uses itThe enterprise, its vendors and its own team
- Where AI helpsReading contracts and checking compliance, confirmed by a person
Before
The enterprise ran its entire contingent workforce programme over email. Contracts, requisitions, candidate submissions, timesheets, compliance documents and invoicing all moved as attachments between the enterprise, its staffing sub-vendors and its own team. Every one of those handovers was a place where work was delayed or lost.
After
The programme runs online, visible to the enterprise, its vendors and its own staff. Work that used to sit in inboxes is tracked end to end, and we continue to add capability as their business grows.
What we built
A vendor management system covering the full cycle: client and vendor onboarding, contracts, requisitions, candidate submissions, work orders, timesheets, compliance, invoicing, payouts and exits. Each client's commercial rules are configuration rather than custom code, so a new client programme is set up rather than built. AI reads contracts and checks monthly compliance documents against the required list, and anything affecting money is presented as a suggestion for a person to approve.
